Q. What prompted you to make a change?
A: I was in such a bad place. I had tried so many times to do this myself and I was just getting more and more out of control. I finally stopped lying to myself and realized I needed some serious help. I needed the personal one on one accountability and a detailed program I could follow step by step. When I came across OnPoint, they checked all those boxes. It was really a no brainier at that point.
Q: What have you learned since working with the nutritionists at OnPoint Nutrition?
A: I have learned I have more discipline and will power than I was giving myself credit for. I would always makes some sort of excuse to quit when I tried by myself. Now I know how much I can actually push myself.
Q: What has changed since losing 115 lbs.?
A:My entire life has changed. I'm more confident both socially and professionally. I have so much more energy to keep up with my daughter. I'm just in a much better place in my life in general.
Q: What would you tell someone who is thinking about working with OnPoint Nutrition?
